We begin our first day with a drive out to Mt. Merapi for a Jeep tour of the area around the volcanic mountain. After grabbing lunch from a local restaurant, we continue on to a river tubing experience to cool down before heading toward Prambanan Temple.

We time out our arrival to enjoy sunset at Prambanan, a unique and ancient Hindu temple compound. We head back to the resort for an open evening.

Day two is a beach day. We head down to the coast and spend the day exploring beaches along the southern shore of Java. Those who want to cut their beach day short can choose to head back into the city in the afternoon to explore some local restaurants, shops, and museums.

The evening program is open again, with a list of recommended local restaurants or more time at the resort.

Day 3 begins early with sunrise at Borobudur temple. We then head back to Jogja to visit one of their famous silver shops where you can choose to try your hand at making silver jewelry or buy some of their amazing creations that are available for sale.

After lunch we head to a Batik factory to see Batik being made and again, you can create your own Batik to bring home if you would like. After exploring some Batik shops and art shops in the area, we head to a seafood restaurant for some incredible local food.

Day 4 presents a choice- more mountain activities (waterfall hunting, hiking, etc.), more beach time, a culture and history trip into the city to visit Taman Sari, or a day to enjoy some of the activities that the resort has to offer.  We piece together the schedule that fits your desires and top it off with dinner at the resort.

Our final day is spent shopping along Jalan Malioboro, hunting down souvenirs and unique Indonesian crafts, and searching out some coffee shops or gelato (to keep our energy up!) We return to the resort in time for checkout and send you off with a parting gift and incredible memories.
